About Us
Apex Occupational Therapy is a mobile, community based service covering Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast regions. We offer a wide variety of services predominantly to adults with a special focus on neurological conditions including (but not limited to) spinal cord injuries and Multiple Sclerosis.
SERVICES
NATIONAL DISABILITY SCHEME
Working with
participants,
supports coordinators, family members and carers.
Examples of our NDIS services include:

Prescription of Assistive Technology (AT) including assessment, trials and completion & submission of AT applications

Home modifications (minor and major) and completion of NDIS reports

Driving assessments

Prescription of driver and passenger vehicle modifications

Completion of functional capacity assessments

Assistance with plan reviews
-
Individual OT appointments and interventions as required, based on referral information.
